Disney (DIS) is a buy, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.
Cramer said CEO Bob Iger made him feel confident that the ESPN decline has been arrested. He also is fond of the measured approach that Bob Iger is taking for the company's looming Netflix (NFLX) competitor product.
Disney shares are up almost 7% since the start of the year.
