Jim Cramer often talks about what he and the team that helps manage his charitable portfolio did wrongso that investors can understand the process and learn. So, in his latest monthly call with members of his Action Alerts PLUS club for investors, Cramer spent a lot of time talking about what went wrong with an investment in 3M (MMM) , even though he and his team seemed to do everything right.
Cramer even met with CEO Inge Thulin and talked with him extensively about how 2018 looked. But "the next thing you know the stock didn't fly but crashed to earth," Cramer said during his call with Action Alerts PLUS members.
