Former Federal Reserve Vice Chairman Alan Blinder isn't a fan of President Trump's trade tariffs.
Blinder sees a less than 50% chance of a trade war with China. "It would be nice if the odds were zero," Blinder said, adding that the stock market is right to worry about this.
Blinder is author of the new book Advice and Dissent: Why America Suffers When Economics and Politics Collide.
