Remember when the stock market plunged in early February, signaling a return of volatility after a breezy 2017?
Investors were largely optimistic during this period of uncertainty in the markets, according to a new Wells Fargo survey released Tuesday.
"6 out of 10 [respondents] said it's a great time to invest in the overall markets," said Joe Ready, head of Wells Fargo Retirement and Trust.
Ready also said 53% said they could tolerate a market correction of 10% or more.
Last Friday, the S&P 500 ended the trading session only 7 points above its February low of 2,581, as fears of a trade war reached fever pitch.
