As part of Women's History Month, Alpha Rising had the privilege of spending time with women leading the New York Stock Exchange (ICE) .

Elizabeth King, Legal Counsel, Stacey Cunningham, Chief Operating Office and Hope Jarkowski, Head of Government Relations, took the time to talk with us in the famed Muriel Siebert room at the NYSE.

Because thanks to events like the 2008 financial crisis, the 2010 flash crash and even the most recent market drop earlier this month, many investors still are very weary of the risks, unknowns and volatility.

So together, these women are working to change that and are creating strategic ways for people to better understand that the markets are safe and highly regulated.
