The stock market tends to recover after a dramatic selloff like the one seen in early February. But stocks also tend to retest their lows about a month after the declines.
Should the markets revisit their February lows, the S&P 500 would sit around 2,600, a good buying opportunity for investors, according to David Bach, founder of AE Wealth Management.
