The Millennials Are Changing the Wine World (Video and Podcast)

The millennials are big wine drinkers but they're drinking differently than their parents and that's a great thing for the wine world. The World Wine Guys, Mike De Simonne and Jeff Jenssen stopped by -- with wine! -- to talk about it all.

The Millennials are changing the way we think about a lot of things, including the wine world.  They are much more open to try new things than their Baby Boomer parents, which gives new producers and more obscure grapes a whole new market.

We talked about all this and more with the World Wine Guys, Mike DeSimone and Jeff Jenssen, and co-authors of the recent book Red Wine: The Comprehensive Guide to the 50 Essential Varieties & Styles.

Because even in the wine world, there is consolidation.  The likes of Constellation Brands (STZ) , an AAP portfolio holding and Diageo (DEO) are scooping up a ton of smaller producers.

And even tax form has hit the wine world.  Meals and entertainments used to be deductible.  But no longer under the new tax plan -- so how will that affect wine sales?

So watch the video above but be sure to listen to our full podcast for answers to all those questions and more!
