2018 Super Bowl Ad: Kia Is Back for the 9th Straight Year

Automaker Kia is back for the 9th straight year with a new Super Bowl commercial that features their new Stinger. Two-time Formula One and Indianapolis 500 champion, Emerson Fittipaldi is driving one of the cars. Watch to find out who's driving the other.

Automaker Kia is back for the 9th straight year with a new Super Bowl commercial.

Actually many of the car companies are back - including Hyundai, Buick (owned by GM), Toyota TM and Lexus (also owned by Toyota) -- who all plan on having ads running ads this Super Bowl L11, which airs at will be held Sunday, Feb. 4 in Minneapolis, starting at 6:30 p.m. Eastern.

This year, Kia's ad features two Stingers. Two-time Formula One and Indianapolis 500 champion, Emerson Fittipaldi is driving one of the cars. Driving the other Stinger is...

...You'll have to watch to find out.

Last year, 49 companies, including 10 first-time Super Bowl advertisers, who have paid combined $419 million to have their brands advertised during the big game. Mainly because it's the only guaranteed way to put yourself in front of 111.3 million viewers, that's the number Nielsen reported for last year.

No other broadcast comes close to the Super Bowl's audience, which forced 22% of last year's advertisers to spend more than 10% of their annual marketing budget on the Super Bowl alone.
