Phone hardware company Avaya (AVYA) made its debut on the New York Stock Exchange Wednesday, after 10 years as a private company and a bankruptcy.
The company is taking aim at emerging technologies like blockchain, artificial intelligence and the cloud.
"The move to cloud is slower than one would think, especially on the enterprise [side], said CEO Jim Chirico.
