Alfa Romeo's Giulia was named Motor Trend magazine's Car of the Year and it did not disappoint at this year's North America International Auto Show in Detroit.
Alfa Romeo, one of a Fiat Chrysler (FCAU) luxury brands, received one of the auto industry's most prestigious awards thanks to Giulia's 2-liter, 4-cylinder smooth-as-silk motor with twin-turbochargers that puts out 280 horsepower.
The magazine also gives out other awards. Ford's (F) F-150 pickup was Motor Trend's Truck of the Year and Honda's (HNDAF) CR-V was SUV of the Year.
