On the one year mark of Trump on Twitter (TWTR) in the White House, let's take a look back at some of the President's most memorable, market moving tweets.
We're all aware that Trump loves tweeting about the stock market, but who can forget when he targeted individual companies? Or provoked North Korea? Focusing on the former, a quick rundown of the companies include:
Intel and Nordstrom
Trump praised Intel (INTC) and knocked Nordstrom (JWN) after they stopped carrying Ivanka Trump products. Shares of Intel ended the day flat; Nordstrom's stock climbed more than 4%, marking its best and most-traded day of the year so far.
Boeing and Lockheed Martin
Trump slammed Boeing (BA) over the cost of its 747 Air Force One and Lockheed Martin (LMT) which he rallied against over the cost of its F-35.
Shares of Ford (F) , Fiat Chrysler (FCAU) and Walmart (WMT) all climbed after the president sent out positive tweets about them. So did shares of Rexnord (RXN) , which Trump called out over "viciously firing" workers and moving jobs to Mexico.
