The broader markets saw declines on Monday and Wednesday of this week, but not enough to warrant a buying opportunity.
That's the assessment from Andy Kapyrin, director of research of RegentAtlantic.
The S&P 500 is now at 2,557, down from its peak of near 2,575.
Kapyrin is bullish on Dow component IBM (IBM) even though the stock has given up the gains it scored following its latest earnings release last week.
