How to Make the Most Money Working Overseas

Fire your overseas job consultant; these jobs will bring in the most cash abroad.
By JULIAN PINTO
Sep 26, 2017 | 02:09 PM EDT

Whether you're looking to make a major lifestyle change or you're ready to start on a career path that defies the norm, looking for work overseas can be both a thrilling and challenging experience. With the opportunities made available by modern technology, it's never been easier to work anywhere at anytime.

Yet, some jobs prove more adaptable to the mobile lifestyle than others. If you're looking for an adventure that will also give your wallet an extra layer of padding, consider seeking work as a lawyer, chef, software developer, doctor, consultant, travel representative, technology evangelist or even a truck driver. The government and mineral extraction fields also offer plenty of lucrative opportunities, depending on where you're willing to live.

Enjoy sipping that espresso by the Seine; you deserve it.
