British Prime Minister Theresa May says police know the identity of bomber that exploded a bomb at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester England last night. The death toll is now 22 people wit 59 injured. President Donald Trump, while speaking in the Middle East, called the bombers 'losers'. Theresa May called them 'cowards'.
