American Airlines (AAL) is investigating an incident that was partially caught on camera. A woman, seen crying in the video, reportedly tried to take a stroller onto a flight. A veteran attendant allegedly wrestled the stroller away from the passenger, hitting her with it in the process. The video later went viral on social media. American Airlines quickly responded to the incident. "We have seen the video and have already started an investigation to obtain the facts. What we see on this video does not reflect our values or how we care for our customers." American also said it upgraded the woman to first class and removed the attendant from duty pending investigation.
