Allowing people to "connect, belong and grow," is how Deloitte, the audit and consulting firm, created a national workforce that 70% millennials. "Our talent needs to connect with our mission, feel they belong to our team and understand that they have the opportunity to grow," says Deepa Purushothaman, managing principal for their Women's Initiative (WIN).
