For the week of Feb. 27, investors will be watching a few key economic and financial developments out of Europe. First, fresh data on eurozone consumer and business confidence is released on Monday. As for Thursday, investors await eurozone inflation for February, which has been rising towards the European Central Bank's target of roughly 2%. Eurozone unemployment figures for January are also released Thursday. As for earnings, Persimmon and Taylor Wimpey (TW) , Adecco (ADEN), London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Deutsche Telekom (DTE) .
