Here are the top 10 trendiest cities where many consumers are drawn and their median home prices. Realtor.com used the following criteria out of 500 large cities to narrow it down to the trendiest cities: Number of foodie hot spots, bike shops, yoga studios, cultural outlets, housing affordability and an increase in the population of 25- to 34-year-olds from 2013 to 2014 and in the percentage of people shopping for a home on Realtor.com.
