Although the Super Bowl is purported to be a successful predictor of market performance -- whereby an NFC team win indicates stocks will end higher that year and an AFC team win indicates the opposite -- it's a company's fundamentals that really tell the story, says Brent Wilsey, president of Wilsey Asset Management.
