Tesla's Elon Musk wants to build a tunnel to cut down on traffic in Los Angeles -- and it looks like he's actually going to make it happen. The cofounder of PayPal (PYPL) and CEO of SpaceX and Tesla Motors (TSLA) first mentioned his plans in December.
"Traffic is driving me nuts. Am going to build a tunnel boring machine and just start digging," he tweeted at the time, adding, "it shall be called 'The Boring Company.'"

Despite the president's promise of no stimulus until after Nov. 3, there are no signs yet that this is the sort of correlated selling that leads to a deep correction.
