For the week of January 23, investors will be watching Donald Trump's first full week as President of the United States. Analysts expect the Trump administration to unveil a host of executive actions. Meanwhile on the earnings calendar, on Monday, Halliburton (HAL) , McDonald's (MCD) and Yahoo! (YHOO) release earnings. On Tuesday, 3M (MMM) , Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) and Verizon Communications (VZ) release earnings. On Wednesday, the markets await results from eBay (EBAY) , AT&T (T) and Boeing (BA) . Alphabet (GOOGL) , Baker Hughes (BHI) and Starbucks (SBUX) release results Thursday. On Friday, American Airlines (AAL) , Chevron (CVX) and Honeywell (HON) unveil earnings. As for economic data, existing home sales for December are released Tuesday, the EIA Petroleum Status report is out Wednesday, while on Friday, an estimate of fourth quarter gross domestic product is released.
