President-elect Donald Trump is correct about the need for tax reform, says Bill Cobb, CEO of H&R Block (HRB) , but don't expect a bigger refund this year because of it. It's going to take a little time to pull off.
As for his own business, Cobb says the company is working hard to turn itself around after a brutal 2016 for the stock. The tax preparation specialist has come out early with its advertising campaign featuring Mad Men star Jon Hamm.
It also is pushing its online, do-it-yourself offering called H&R Block More Zero.
