The future of the Affordable Care Act is in doubt under a new administration, and S&P Capital IQ says that will be the biggest disruptor for the health care sector in 2017. Jeffrey Loo, an equity analyst with CFRA, says he does not see any clear stock winners if the individual mandate or Medicaid expansion is eliminated, but there are plenty of potential losers. He identifies them as Centene Corporation (CNC) , Community Health Systems (CYH) , HCA Holdings (HCA) , Molina Healthcare (MOH) , Tenet Healthcare (THC) , and WellCare Health Plans (WCG) .
