Amid reports that Shari Redstone has withdrawn her proposal for CBS Corporation (CBS) to merge with Viacom (VIA.B) , TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer says investors should buy shares of CBS if they decline. "I think as CBS goes down, you accumulate the stock," Cramer says. Shari Redstone is vice chair of the boards of CBS and Viacom. The news was first reported by CNBC's David Faber. Cramer spoke earlier from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
