TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer says Workday (WDAY) shares are down big following what he says amounted to a cut in current quarter forecasts on the company's earnings call. Cramer says, "They did say that deals are being pushed out. They are the ones that pointed out that it's Brexit, that it's the election, the G8 elections. What that says is that it's a go-forward. What they said is that it's this quarter that's going to be impacted." Cramer cautions, "you may want to wait on the sidelines. Don't do anything big."
