Amid British American Tobacco's (BTI) $47 billion bid for a large stake of Reynolds American (RAI) , TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer says investors shouldn't underestimate the cash flow in the tobacco space. "We don't know if the price is final - my colleague David Faber was saying it could even be higher," Cramer says.
