The names in Salesforce.com's (CRM) leaked list of potential takeout targets have been kicked around for a long time, so don't get too excited about it, says TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Twitter (TWTR) lost Salesforce.com as a bidder last week, but was apparently not even on the company's M&A list from as recently as May, according to a leaked email. The presentation was marked "draft and confidential" and included 14 possible M&A possibilities, such as LinkedIn (LNKD) and Adobe Systems (ADBE) , but not Twitter.
