Real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran, who stars on the hit ABC television program "Shark Tank," thinks Hillary Clinton is better than Donald Trump for small business owners. "My personal opinion is certainly Hillary," Corcoran said, who built the real estate firm The Corcoran Group. "She's determined to eliminate all of the small red tape on the front side of starting any business. What Donald is doing instead is he believes that you should pay a lower tax rate as a small business, but you have to be successful to worry about paying a smaller tax rate." Corcoran thinks most small businesses fail early on and it's because of the headwinds caused by red tape. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
