Tesla (TSLA) and Panasonic plan to work together to produce photovoltaic cells for solar panels, if Tesla's planned purchase of SolarCity (SCTY) is approved. But TheStreet's Jim Cramer isn't impressed. "Tesla is just an endless series of press releases," explains Cramer. "I tire of it. I think what matters is, build a lot of cars and make some money." Tesla CEO Elon Musk wrote on Twitter that the team was working on refining the product and needed a little more time.
