Output cuts would add pressure to hitting profit margin targets. Coach (COH) fell after Morgan Stanley downgraded its shares to UNDERWEIGHT from EQUAL WEIGHT. Analysts questioned the handbag designer's progress in its turnaround efforts. Macy's (M) climbed after Citi upgraded to BUY from NEUTRAL. The firm said the department store has an attractive free cash flow and is efficiently navigating a challenging retail environment.
