Express (EXPR) is out of touch with what the customer wants, according to TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Express reported weaker than expected earnings and issued downbeat guidance. Cramer says Express has the wrong merchandise so it can't attract sales. Cramer added that La-Z-Boy (LZB) has a similar problem, but Ralph Lauren (RL) is an example of a company getting fashion right.
