On Thursday, June 30, investors will get weekly jobless claims and quarterly results from Constellation Brands (STZ) . Weekly jobless claims, due out at 8:30am Eastern, are expected to rise by 7,000 to 266,000 claims for the week of June 25. At 9:45am, the Chicago Purchasing Manager Index is released for June. Analysts expect the index to climb to 50.5. Any level over 50 represents growth in business activity. As for earnings, Constellation Brands, the maker of Corona Extra beer and SVEDKA Vodka, reports results before the opening bell. Analysts expect earnings of $1.52 a share on sales of $1.83 billion. During the same quarter last year, the distiller posted earnings of $1.26 a share on sales of $1.63 billion. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
