On Thursday, June 23, investors await the all-important Brexit referendum, which is expected to move markets in the coming days. UK citizens vote on whether or not to leave the European Union. Polls will close at 5pm Eastern and U.S. investors will officially have a chance to react starting Friday morning. The polls heading into the referendum are neck and neck. Also on Thursday, investors will also watch weekly jobless claims figures which are slated to be released at 8:30am Eastern, they are expected to drop to 270,000, the PMI Manufacturing Index for June at 9:45am and new home sales for May will be unveiled at 10am. As for earnings, Accenture (ACN) and BlackBerry Limited (BBRY) report results before the markets open. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
