TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said Lululemon Athletica (LULU) is a buy. '[With] Lululemon, you buy some, then let it come down and then buy more,' Cramer said, adding that the retailer isn't in danger of having its brand value diluted by sales and clearances, a process in retail known as 'footballing.' 'When you have something footballed, that means that margins are going to go down,' he said. 'Ralph Lauren (RL) has had some margin problems, but LULU does not.' Lululemon reports quarterly results on Wednesday before the markets open.
