In the ongoing battle to control Viacom (VIAB) between its current CEO Philippe Dauman and Sumner Redstone's daughter Shari Redstone, TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer says Dauman is one of the most overpaid CEOs in the country. 'You can't fire him outright. But I do not believe he stays, not with that pay package.' Cramer added that 'when someone like Bernie Sanders talks to millennials, Gen X about this idea of greed, this is going to be exhibit 'A.'
