Cisco (CSCO) posted first quarter earnings of $0.57 a share on revenue of $12 billion dollars. Analysts were looking for profits of $0.55 a share on sales of $11.97 billion. Last year, Cisco earned $0.54 a share on $12.14 billion in sales in the same period. TheStreet's Gregg Greenberg has details from Wall Street.
