Before the market open, investors will hear from Lowe's (LOW) , Target (TGT) and Staples (SPLS) then after the market close, we'll get results from Cisco Systems (CSCO) , L Brands (LB) and American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) . On the economic calendar, we'll get weekly oil inventory data followed by the minutes from the Federal Open Market Committee. TheStreet's U-Jin Lee reports from New York.
