For Friday July 16, TheStreet highlights three earnings reports and the key economic data to watch on Wall Street. On the earnings front, it’s a busy morning with all three notable companies reporting before the market opens. General Electric Company (GE), Honeywell International (HON), and Progressive Corp (PGR) are scheduled to release their latest quarterly earnings results on Friday. Wall Street watches GE as it takes the spotlight to report its second quarter earnings figures. The diversified infrastructure and financial services company is expected to earn 28 cents a share on revenue of $28.7 billion for the period, according to analysts polled by Thomson Reuters. On the economic calendar we note the consumer price index, housing starts, and the consumer sentiment level. TheStreet's Kurumi Fukushima reports in New York.
