It's a day of near deals after Anthem (ANTM) made a second, higher offer to Cigna (CI) worth $184 a share or $54 billion. Cigna's board unanimously rejected the bid. Oil and gas company Williams (WMB) rocketed higher after Energy Transfer Equity (ETE) confirmed it had made an unsolicited bid worth $48 billion. Williams rejected the all-equity deal. Stocks were rallying as Greek deal talks showed signs of progress. Eurozone finance ministers will decide upon whether a new set of proposed reforms from Greece satisfy requirements to unlock additional debt relief. Existing home sales in the U.S. rose at their fastest pace since 2009 in May, rising 5.1%.
