Stocks continue to trade in a narrow range. Investors now are looking for the next big catalyst to move the markets higher or lower. TheStreet's Scott Gamm speaks with Kevin Kelly, chief investment officer at Recon Capital Partners to discuss the next markets event that will move stocks, from second-quarter earnings to the Federal Reserve's looming policy shift.
