Openings of new luxury homes are already bustling this fall, and more supply means buyers are feeling less pressed to jump on a purchase than they may have been earlier this year. And with new supply on the rise, it seems many previous would-be buyers are now saying 'so long' to their rentals. But with the housing situation improving, purchasers may have a small window of opportunity to take advantage of still ultra-low interest rates.
