Jim Cramer weighs in on two big reports out of the homebuilder and retail sectors next week. After housing starts jumped in April amid the warmer weather and as mortgage rates go down, Cramer says those who have been negative on housing may have to get more bullish. Toll Brothers beat on earnings last quarter and Cramer says he recommends buying shares of the stock prior to next week's report. Over in retail, Michael Kors reports next week and Cramer explains why he believes the company will continue to show growth. He says despite any naysayers, after not seeing strong growth from Coach or Fossil, he believes consumers are buying Kors -- and that Macy's is one retailer selling a lot of the brand. Cramer says he wants to be long Kors going into the quarterly results.
