New York state has joined New York City in its lawsuit against FedEx for un-taxed cigarettes. The amended complaint filed included the State of New York and sought $239 million in damages and penalties. New York state alleged FedEx knowingly shipped nearly 400,000 cartons of un-stamped cigarettes to homes in the state. Depriving them of between $15 to more than $43 on each carton in tax revenue. New York City also alleged they've been deprived of $15 a carton in tax revenue. Kori Hale reports from Wall Street.
