TheStreet's energy expert Dan Dicker talks with Jim Cramer about why natural gas prices are going down with the thermometer as arctic weather sweeps through the United States. Dicker and Cramer like MarkWest Energy Partners, Southwestern Energy, and Cabot Oil & Gas to play the natural gas space. He also thinks natural gas is a $5 move but not until the third quarter of 2014.
