TheStreet's Jim Cramer is cautious on Lennar's great earnings report because the stock is closely tied to the Federal Reserve's quantitative easing. Any gain in the stock will be wiped out if the Fed begins to taper their bond repurchase program. Jim Cramer says Lennar's stock never got back to its peak because few investors trade the stock as a function of mortgage rates, and Toll Brothers faces a similar challenge. Cramer does not like either stock but recommends Home Depot for investors looking to play the home builder group.
