Shares of the streaming service device maker Roku Inc. (ROKU) are down Monday morning in this first trading day of 2021. The company makes media players, which essentially turn standard TVs into smart TVs. Early this morning the Wall Street Journal reported that Quibi is in advanced talks to sell its content catalog to Roku.
