Boeing Co. (BA) is trading higher in the pre-market here on Wednesday on the heels of second-quarter results that missed expectations but were buoyed by the aircraft maker's return to a positive operating cash flow. In our July 13 review of Boeing we wrote, "BA has suffered a long decline and should require a long repair process (bottoming). Without a decent bottom pattern I cannot get excited about the long side of BA."
