Lululemon Has an Enviable Breakout

LULU is head and shoulders above the rest of the retail names.
By BOB LANG

Stocks quotes in this article: LULU

There isn't much to brag about in retail names these days, but certainly Lululemon (LULU) is head and shoulders above the rest. The company just delivered some tremendous earnings in the face of weaker consumer spending, so apparently shoppers know what they want!

Note the chart here, the stock has leaped higher on huge volume. Turnover has been cooking for a few weeks now after the stock took a rest from it's huge run in January.

MACD has now turned up for a buy signal, RSI has nice, steep slope and the cloud is starting to open up here (I'll have a webinar later today on the ichimoku cloud, sign up it's free).
