Too rich for me.
The cheapest Ferrari starts out around $230,000. Meanwhile, the stock of Ferrari ( RACE) is trading around $290 Tuesday. $29,000 for a round lot is affordable but I am prohibited from trading individual securities -- company policy. I can afford to look at the stock charts of RACE, though.
Ferrari seems to be using transmissions with seven or eight forward gears now. I wonder what gear RACE is in. Let's check. 
In the daily bar chart of RACE, below, I can see a strong rally over the past 12 months. The shares trade above the rising 50-day moving average line and above the rising 200-day moving average line.
The On-Balance-Volume (OBV) line hit the accelerator in early 2023 and its rise tells us that buyers of RACE are more aggressive than sellers. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) oscillator is correcting now but it has been above the zero line since November.
In the weekly Japanese candlestick chart of RACE, below, I see a mixed picture. Recent candles could be considered a top reversal pattern with bearish confirmation. The "trick" about reversal patterns is they can signal a decline or a sideways move. Both directions are considered reversals. The shares are in an uptrend and trade above the rising 40-week moving average line.
The weekly OBV line shows a bullish rise from October. The MACD oscillator is above the zero line but has narrowed.
In the daily Point and Figure chart of RACE, below, I can see an upside price target in the $351 area.
In this weekly Point and Figure chart of RACE, below, I used a five-box reversal filter. Here the software projects a price target in the $657 area.
Bottom-line strategy: Maybe 20 years ago I checked out the Ferrari showroom on Park Avenue in New York. I wanted to see if they would donate a car for a charity fundraiser. Just the use of the car for a weekend. They politely declined mentioning the insurance and the depreciation to the car but I tried. I would have bid on it.
The pace of RACE's advance has slowed (downshifted?) from February so buyers should be patient and approach the long side of RACE in the $285-$270 area.
