In this daily bar chart of EMR, below, we can see that prices have performed on the upside since the mid-March low. EMR is trading above the rising 50-day moving average line and the rising 200-day moving average line. The On-Balance-Volume (OBV) line shows a pretty steady rise from March, which has reached new highs for the year. Movements in the OBV line can precede price movements and the OBV line suggests that prices can rally to new 52-week highs. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) oscillator just moved back above the zero line for an outright-buy signal.
